One of our favorite Black-owned businesses in DC, Yinibini Baby's unique, handmade baby clothes are made with environmentally friendly organic-cotton fabrics and non-toxic inks. Its onesies, t-shirts, bibs, and other items feature adorable graphics, patterns, and slogans. The store also sells books, toys, and other unique items. Yinibini Baby is steps away from the Brookland Metro station and there is neighborhood parking, but take note: It's only open on Saturdays from 9:30am-2pm.
2. Pink & Brown Boutique — Alexandria, VA
This award-winning boutique on King Street in Old Town Alexandria prides itself on carrying baby and children's clothing made only of 100% organic cotton. You can also find unique and high-quality toys, accessories, and nursery decor. If you see something you like on the website, you can buy it online before someone else grabs it and pick it up in-store. There are parking lots and garages available if you can't find a metered space.
3. Mirasa — Washington, DC
If you want truly unique baby clothes, head to Mirasa. This pop-up shop in Eastern Market specializes in handmade, organic, screen-printed clothing that babies can move and play in. The owner and designer is from Mumbai, and a portion of every purchase goes to girls' education in India. A loyalty program helps you save money, too. The pop-up is open most weekends from spring through fall, but you can also shop online.
4. Three Littles — Washington, DC
This adorable little shop in the Union Market District sells a carefully curated selection of sustainable products for babies and kids, including clothing and accessories, toys and books, baby gear, and more. The neutral and pastel tones throughout the shore will calm frazzled parents, who may even find a little something for themselves while browsing. Plenty of parking is available, and the store is closed on Mondays.

5. Pam K. Bambini Children's Boutique — Bethesda, MD
Pam K. Bambini carries high-end, name-brand clothing and footwear with a European influence for babies and kids ages 0-14. It's one of the best baby stores if you're looking for personalized service: Pam K. herself, the store's Senegal-born-and-raised owner, is often in the shop assisting customers and getting to know her regulars. Located in the Shops at Sumner Place, there is plenty of parking available.
6. Monday's Child — Alexandria, VA
This Old Town Alexandria shop has been specializing in classic children's clothing—we're talking bubble rompers, smocked dresses, sailor suits, and the like—in sizes newborn to 14 for over 40 years. It also carries special-occasion clothes, baptism gowns, and the DC area's largest selection of First Communion apparel. And if you want something monogrammed, Monday's Child is the place to do it.
7. Pied Piper Kids — Baltimore, MD
This family-owned boutique has been selling classic baby and children's clothes since 1965. For babies, you'll find adorable bubble rompers, smocked dresses, collared shortalls, and other traditional styles. Books and toys are available, too. The store is located in the Village of Cross Keys, so there are parking lots available.
8. House of LooLous — Tysons, VA
This adorable boutique in the Tysons Corner Center mall sells whimsical, high-quality clothing and accessories for babies and kids up to age 7. While there are casual separates and pajamas available, the stores highlight is its special-occasion outfits and dresses. Want bows and frills? LooLous has you covered! Pick up some toys and accessories while you're there, too.
9. Kinder Haus Toys — Arlington, VA
Don't let the name fool you—Kinder Haus also carries premium clothing for babies and toddlers. Here you'll find high-end brands like Tea Collection, Rose Textiles, and Kissy Kissy. The store sells everything from casual wear to special-occasion dresses and outfits. Kids ages 6 and under will love the play area. A parking garage is right next door, so you won't have to walk very far.

10. 529 Kids Consign — Alexandria & Loudoun, VA
529 is an upscale children's and maternity consignment boutique, meaning you'll only find higher-end brands like Mini Boden, Lilly Pulitzer, and Hanna Andersson for your budding fashionistas. You can also consign items by making an appointment to bring in up to 50 pieces at a time.
11. Lemon Lane — Falls Church, VA
Another upscale consignment shop for baby and children's clothing is Lemon Lane, where you'll find plenty of Vineyard Vines, Crewcuts, Mini Boden, and other premium brands. The store has a great play area to entertain kids while the grown-ups shop. There's a parking lot in the rear, and all "reserved" spaces are for Lemon Lane and its neighboring shops. Bonus: The store is right next-door to Doolehopper 4 Kids, one of our favorite toy stores! Lemon Lane is closed on Mondays.

Got a baby girl? Head to this popular boutique that carries trendy fashion for babies, toddlers, kids, and teens at affordable prices. You'll find everything from PJs and jeans to jewelry and party dresses. It's open daily, and there's a parking lot!
