1. a'Bouzy - Downtown

Feeling bougie this Mother's Day? Then a'Bouzy is your place. The brunch menu at a'Bouzy is serving up some delicious French-inspired appetizers and entrees, like Truffle Egg Salad Sandwich, Brioche French Toast, and Heirloom Tomato Gallete and Egg. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-3pm.

2. The Aquarium - Downtown

Take Mom on an underwater dining adventure by indulging in the brunch buffet at The Aquarium. The meal includes a brunch buffet of over 30 items. Reservations are required and can be made online. 3. The Annie Cafe and Bar - Downtown

4. B.B. Lemon - Fourth Ward

Celebrate Mom from 11am-3pm with brunch and live music on the patio. Plus, each mom will receive a complimentary mimosa or bellini to make her feel extra special.

5. B&B Butchers - Fourth Ward

Enjoy live music and a delicious brunch menu on Mother's Day from 10am-3pm. To entertain the kids, there will be a balloon artist, and there's a perfect family photo-op in front of the restaurant. Reservations are required, and there are some upscale menu items like Wagyu steak and eggs! 

6. Brenner's Steakhouse on the Bayou - River Oaks

Treat Mom to a Mother's Day meal she won't soon forget at Brenner's on the Bayou. Choose meal options from the restaurant's signature brunch menu and different brunch features, such as Crab Cake Benedict, Corn Flake Crusted Brioche, and French Toast. Brunch is served 11am-2pm; reservations are strongly encouraged. 

7. Tapester's Grill - Bellaire

This casual restaurant is great for the whole family, and its menu features favorites like honey buttermilk fried chicken sandwiches, waffles, huevos rancheros, and brunch tacos. Mom can also sip on signature brunch cocktails and mimosas over her meal. Sunday brunch begins at 8:30 m and ends at 2:30pm. 

8. URBE - Uptown

Enjoy a bountiful brunch buffet loaded with traditional Mexican street food dishes and delicious desserts! The buffet includes URBE favorites like Birria Tacos, Pozole Verde, Enchiladas, Taquitos de Pollo, and Ceviche & Campechana. Afterward, take a trip to nearby Memorial Park for its fabulous playground and 30 miles of trails. It's one of Houston's parks with plenty of shade.

9. Dish Society 

Enjoy brunch at one of Dish Society's four Houston locations (If you're going with kids, the Katy location would be great because it's located near the green space at La Centerra, and you can check out our Things to Do in Katy while you're there.). This farm-to-table eatery boasts clean and local ingredients, and its menu includes a variety of egg dishes as well as indulgent favorites like shrimp and grits and Nutella French toast. 

10. The Toasted Yolk Cafe 

Another great option for casual dining is The Toasted Yolk Cafe. Breakfast begins at 7am with a menu of both comfort classics and unique finds, like churro-style donuts, the "yolkwich" breakfast sandwich, and other specialty egg dishes.

11. Snooze

Snooze may be on the (much more) casual side than our previous suggestions, but its menu is equally unique and delicious. You'll find plenty of egg options, from the breakfast pot pie to Juan's breakfast tacos, as well as benedicts, sandwiches, and more. There are also vegan options available. Snooze doesn't take reservations, but you can join the waitlist online. Luckily, Snooze opens at 6:30 am!

12. Del Frisco's Grille - The Woodlands

Mother's Day brunch selections at Del Frisco's are served until 2 pm, and you can order their special strawberry cocktail and delicious dishes like the crab cake benedict. For 2025, they are offering a Prime Pair - 8 oz. Filet Mignon paired with a Jumbo Lump Crab Cake & Cajun-Lobster Cream Sauce  Reservations can be booked online or over the phone.

13. Fielding's Wood Grill - The Woodlands

Fielding's features delicious brunch concoctions like Chicken and Waffles and Monte Cristo French Toast, plus an extensive brunch cocktail menu. The 2025 Mother's Day Special cocktail is a bourbon and coffee concoction! Brunch is from 9am-3pm, and reservations can be made online. There are plenty of things to do in The Woodlands to celebrate with mom!

14. Walden Yacht Club - Lake Conroe

Mom can enjoy an elaborate Mother's Day brunch overlooking Lake Conroe at Walden Yacht Club. Brunch starts at 10 am and includes favorites like fresh waffles, eggs benedict, omelets, and more.

15. Moody Gardens - Galveston

Dine on a delicious brunch buffet at the Moody Gardens Hotel, featuring an omelet station, seafood tower, and more. Mom could then treat herself to a day getting pampered at the in-house spa and exploring the pyramids with the family, or even enjoy the Mother's Day overnight stay package which includes use of the spa and gives you more time to check out the Top Things to Do in Galveston. Reservations can be made online or over the phone. Brunch is served from 10:30 am and 2:30 pm.

16. Vino & Vinyl - Sugar Land
