Bibim Together's Bilingual Story Time & Cooking Adventure
Bibim Together Bilingual Story Time returns with storyteller Haeyoung Koh, guiding families through a bilingual reading of It's Me, Rice Cake in both Korean and English. This interactive session introduces key vocabulary in both languages, making learning engaging for children and caregivers alike.
Following the story, participants will take part in a hands-on cooking activity inspired by the book, using real cultural ingredients to explore the significance of food in Korean traditions. A vegan option will be available, and each family will receive a special recipe to recreate the experience at home.
Registration is required as a family (maximum: two adult caregivers and three children), and parents must accompany children throughout the activity. Space is limited, and dietary restrictions should be shared with the librarian at the time of registration.
