Looking for the best things to do in San Francisco and the Bay Area this weekend? Here are some family-friendly events and activities to add to your list!

Earth Day celebrations are sprouting all over the Bay Area this weekend with plenty of kid-friendly activities, nature walks, and hands-on ways to show love for the planet. On Saturday, Wildcare's Family Nature Day invites families to explore the outdoors with nature hikes, bird watching through spotting scopes, and up-close encounters with wildlife. Head to the Lawrence Hall of Science on Sunday for their Earth Day celebration. Families can learn all about pollinators, explore the brand-new “Future of Food” exhibit, and dive into fun ways to care for the planet.

The Children's Creativity Museum will have its free Creativity Festival in San Francisco on Saturday. There will be live music, puppet-making, interactive workshops, and a special animation showcase featuring Baobab Studios and Hollywood creatives behind Moana, Raya and the Last Dragon, and the Madagascar series.
