Celebrate Día de los Muertos with family-friendly activities, including artmaking, storytelling, and more. Learn traditional Mexican folk-art techniques and customs to honor loved ones by making nicho boxes to share on a community ofrenda and papel picado, or punched paper, to design your own colorful banners to bring the celebration home with you.   

Saturday and Sunday:

10am-pm Family Art Project: Create nicho boxes, small shadow boxes that honor a loved one.

Saturday only:

11:30am-12pm & 12:30pm-pm Día de los Muertos Storytime with Literacy in Community: It's Skeleton Time! by Ana Galan.
