1. Amelia Earhart Park—Hialeah

This park offers guests a playground, wakeboarding, disc golf, fishing pier, and a farm village with petting zoo. The park, which was transformed into a "Tom Sawyer's Island" play area, features a whimsical and exciting playground with climbing areas, learning walls, slides, balancing areas, swings, and slides.

2. Doral Glades Park—Doral

This 12-acre park with a lake, preserve, lighted boardwalk, nature trail, viewing pier in the preserve, open lawn and shaded, lighted nature-themed playground make this a great park for kids to run around, play, climb, and explore. The fenced-in playground has slides, climbing pieces, and swings. 

3. Palmetto Bay Park—Palmetto Bay

This park and playground features basketball and pickelball courts, a fully accessible playground featuring play areas for smaller and bigger kids, greenspace, perimeter walking path, and a skate park. The playground has climbing and balancing areas, slides, swings, a playhouse, and imaginative play areas.

4. Peter Bluesten Park—Hallandale Beach

This turfed playground has tons of bright colors and things to do. The park offers basketball, restrooms, tennis, a walking path, and more. The playground has climbing areas, slides, rubber ground, spider climbers, balance climbing, obstacle courses, and swings. The large open area and fenced-in playground provide kids of all ages the space they need to explore and run.

5. Pirate Park Playground—Miami Beach

This playground is located at Altos Del Mar Park right next to the beach. It is a great park for climbers, pirate enthusiasts, and parents who want to go to the beach but also get the kids playing and active. This park is gated and has public bathrooms nearby. The pirate ship theme is brought to life with two play structures, clownfish and blue tang fish spring riders, octopus playhouse, and palm tree shade. It also has a  pirate tower climber and climbing boulders.

6. Quail Roost Park—Miami

This 20,300-square-foot playground features rock climbing walls, swings, slides, a rocket ship-themed playground and plenty of open space to run around. Kids of all ages can spin, climb, play with musical instruments, and use their imaginations as they explore.

7. Salvador Park—Coral Gables

This park is fenced in and offers many different areas and structures for play. You will find kids of all ages at this park enjoying the amenities. There are zip lines, climbing and play sturctures, swings, and a musical area. The park has mulch and turf, large shade trees, and a public restroom.

8. Bayview Park—Fort Lauderdale

This brightly colored playground has some shaded areas and a good amount of space for kids to run around. It also has climbing areas, spinning structures, imagination areas, slides, and swings.

9. Betti Stradling Park—Coral Springs

This park is large with tons to do. With a playground, skate park, skateboard area, lit and paved walking trails, and splash pad, there is something for everyone. The fenced-in playground has large enclosed spiral slides, climbing areas, and is bright in color.

10. Plantation Woods Park—Plantation

This woods-themed park is full of fun squirrel statues, and log benches. The park has three age-specific playgrounds with most in the shade. Fun art can be found throughout the play areas as well as, treehouses, tree swings, slides, and enough space to run around. The park also has a splash pad with small playground nearby.

11. Sabal Pines Park—Coconut Creek

This castle-themed playground offers a soft floor, fun climbing dragon, running bridges, and multiple structures for fun. There is a shaded area, but be advised, the entire playground isn't in the shade. This playground offers slides, climbing and tons of imaginative play opportunities.

12. Volunteer Park—Plantation

This park offers visitors a large, grassy open-play area and fenced-in playground, two basketball courts, two tennis courts, restrooms, and a walking path along a large natural wetland area. The playground offers guests the chance to climb, run across the structure, and slide.

13. Waters Edge Park—Tamarac

This large park has fitness stations, picnic areas, public restrooms, a splash pad, and playground. The 3,000-square-foot splash pad and 6,000-square-foot covered playground provides kids the ability to get wet and to climb, run, slide, and swing in a shaded and large area.

14. Welleby Park—Sunrise

This lakeside park is almost 29 acres with a playground, restrooms, safety town play-learn area, a splash pad, and walking path. The playground is set on a rubberized safety surface, and includes a nature-theme splash pad for wet fun. The safety town play area is a miniature town with roads, sidewalks, and tiny structures, where kids can ride their bikes, scooters, walk, and explore. It features  working traffic lights and a railroad crossing. The playground has climbing, balance, and rope structures, as well as slides and swings.

15. Winston Park Playground—Coconut Creek

The park offers a 1,005-foot boardwalk through cypress trees and over ground dotted with giant ferns and other vegetation. The park also has basketball courts, a butterfly garden, nature preserve, nature trail, playground, racquetball courts, sand volleyball courts, and tennis courts. The playground offers many climbing areas and a fun rocket ship structure with slide.

16. Constitution Park Playground—Tequesta

This completely fenced-in playground is fun for kids of all ages. With large and small structures, the playground features fun, whimsical elements, rock walls, different climbing elements, swings, covered and open slides, balance structures, and more. The park also has a skate park, tennis courts, a tiny golf tee, an adult fitness trail, butterfly garden, and bathrooms.

17. Liberty Park—Parkland

This park is ideal for little ones. With seven acres, two playgrounds, a water play area, and one large pavilion, it provides kids the chance to run around as much as they need and want to. The fenced-in playgrounds are large with slides, running bridges, and swings, and public bathrooms.

18. Patch Reef Park—Boca Raton

At Pirate's Cove Playground at Patch Reef Park, kids have plenty of opportunties to  climb, slide, and run. The signature playground pirate ship has rocks and cargo nets to climb, and a water adventure island. The splash island has three turning cannons that shoot water while the ship’s mast and palm trees also shower kids. The playground is set on a bouncy, cushioned surface and there are public restrooms. Included in the playground's different sections is an electronic playground with interactive computer-controlled design. This section combines digital gaming and an outdoor playground with four stations.  At the space station, players can compete to beat the clock in four dynamic games testing agility, memory and speed. There is also a swirl area, where players can spin, climb, and game. The nova station challenges a player's balance and muscle power, and at the rocky area, players can participate in unique games testing everything from raw strength and power to fine-tuned balance. 

19. Pine Trails Park—Parkland

This park has playgrounds, restrooms, an open-play area, fitness area, fields, basketball courts, and concessions. The ground features soft padding for safety and parts have sun protectors overhead. The playgound has structures for all ages, including large and small slides, large and small climbing structures, swings, and gaming/imagination stations.

20. Sugar Sand Park—Boca Raton

This science-inspired playground is a trilevel, hands–on experience that features many interactive areas. The inclusive playground features wheelchair-accessible swings, slides, sensory walls, and an expanded climbing structure that allows access for those of all ages and abilities. The climbing structure has bridges and connections that make running and exploring a ton of fun. The splash pad features sea-creature designs and a train station-themed toddler play area.
