Holidays at Disneyland Resort
- see all dates
The Happiest Place on Earth becomes the merriest place on Earth this holiday season.
Disneyland Resort celebrates the holidays with themed shows and rides, festive decor, and seasonally dressed character favorites. (This year, Mickey and his friends are showing off their new wintry wear).
Plus, just in time for the holidays, Disneyland debuts its newest ride: Tiana's Bayou Adventure!
Returning favorites to Disneyland Park include the ‘A Christmas Fantasy’ Parade and the nightly ‘Believe…In Holiday Magic’ fireworks spectacular, along with the holiday versions of Haunted Mansion and it’s a small world.
Other beloved traditions at Disneyland Park include the breathtaking Sleeping Beauty’s Winter Castle, the magnificent 60-foot-tall Christmas tree, and magical snow falling on Main Street, U.S.A..
At Disney California Adventure Park, the Disney Festival of Holidays features the sights, sounds and tastes of a diverse season of celebrations, including Christmas/Navidad, Diwali, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Three Kings Day. The nighttime spectacular World of Color - Season of Light returns, creating holiday magic through water, light, story and song, while Mater's Jingle Jamboree and Luigi's Joy to the Whirl put a holiday spin on favorite rides.
Keep an eye out for Santa Claus: the Jolly Old Elf visits both parks from November 15 - December 24.
To enter a theme park, Guests (ages 3 and older) need a valid ticket and a theme park reservation for the same day and same park they want to visit.
