Due to the ongoing closure of the LA Arboretum, the January 21 Free Day has been canceled.

LA Arboretum is closed until further notice.

Free Day at the Arboretum has become so popular that tickets must now be booked in advance. 

Paid your respects to any peacocks lately? The third Tuesday of the month is a perfect, admission-free day for taking a drive to see the fancy-tailed, attention seeking residents of The Los Angeles Arboretum.

The grounds are beautiful, of course, with all sorts of interesting plants to wander among and between; but chances are your kids will be all about the birds, who generally show off with colorful gusto.

The tickets are free, but limited. Reservations must be made online in advance due to high demand and limited parking. Online ticketing opens on the first of each month and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are not available onsite at the Arboretum on Free Day.
