Trampoline Parks and Inflatable Fun Centers on Long Island

From inflatable slides to ninja courses and high-flying trampolines, Long Island is home to great play spaces that allow your active kiddos to jump into the action. These indoor play spaces are perfect places to play no matter the weather. 

Most venues offer play options and birthday party packages that kids will love. The venues usually require signed parental waivers before participation that can be filled out on the business' websites. Kids will need to wear socks or buy special ones on-site, depending on the location. Read ahead for all the details you'll need before your visit.

Bounce Houses and Trampoline Parks in Nassau County

1. Active Kidz Long Island – Jericho

Head over to Active Kidz for some laser tag, rock climbing, and arcade action. This venue also has a separate room with giant inflatables, including a maze, obstacle course, ball pool, and more. There’s even Aeroball, a trampoline game that combines basketball and volleyball. Party packages are available for birthday parties. 

2. Bounce! Trampoline Sports – Syosset

This large trampoline park offers fun for all ages with zip-lining, climbing walls, a ninja course, trampoline sports, and more for the older kids. There's a separate toddler town for kids 6 and younger. The venue also features open-bounce time for kids (and adults), toddler times, trampoline dodgeball, birthday parties, and more.

3. Empire Adventure Park – Westbury

Empire Adventure Park, a venue inside the Samanea Mall, sports more than 36,000 square feet of fun. This indoor park features trampolines, a ninja obstacle course, a ropes course, and more. There is also a dedicated toddler zone for the little ones to work off some energy. 

4. LI Laser Bounce – Levittown

In addition to its laser tag parties, this spot also has a large bounce arena complete with inflatable obstacle courses and a ballocity arena. It is available for open-play sessions and birthday parties.

5. Pump It Up – Great Neck

There is plenty to do at Pump It Up, including open jump, glow jump, bubble jump, camp programs, and birthday parties. The Occupational Therapy Sensory Jump Program is suitable for children with special needs.

6. Planet Play – Bellmore 

This space-themed indoor playground offers a jungle gym, bounce houses, a toddler area, and arcade play. The alien and space theme runs throughout the spot and is especially thrilling for kids who love outer space play. Little ones as young as 2 can be on the move in the younger kid sections. The venue does offer open play on weekends and school breaks, but you should call ahead for reservations.

7. Flight Adventure Park – Ronkonkoma

Formerly Air Trampoline Sports, this large indoor park has more than 16,000 square feet of trampoline space divided into sections. There is a slam-dunk basketball court and freestyle and dodgeball areas. Activities include open jump, toddler time, birthday parties, and dedicated time for children with special needs.

8. Safari Adventure – Riverhead

Kids ages 1-10 love to play on Kilimanjaro, the large, four-level playground at this fun East End venue. There is plenty of space to bounce and slide, plus an arcade room and toddler zone. Open-play sessions, camp programs, birthday parties, and a snack bar are all available.

9. Sky Zone Trampoline Park – Deer Park

This expansive indoor park includes a sports court with trampolines. For older kids, there’s freestyle jump, Ultimate Dodgeball, and fitness classes. The younger set can enjoy toddler time, sky camp, sensory-friendly sessions, and more. 

10. Urban Air Adventure Park – Lake Grove, Dix Hills

Urban Air features massive trampolines, ninja courses, ball pit action, and laser tag as just a few of its interactive play options. In addition to various trampoline attractions, the Lake Grove location has a sky ropes course, coaster, bumper cars, and more. It also offers birthday party packages at both locations. 

11. Xplore Family Fun Center – Port Jefferson Station, Commack

Kids can enjoy inflatable slides, multiple obstacle courses, a soft-floor playground, a laser maze, a toddler area, and an arcade at this venue. The Port Jefferson location also has a small ropes adventure course. Indoor glow-karts at the Commack location are a very popular activity. There is even an option for kids as young as 4 to take a spin on the track lit by black lights.
