Awesome Trampoline Parks Near DC for Indoor Family Fun
When your kids are bouncing off the walls, there's no better place to bring them than a trampoline park. A trampoline park is a great place to burn off energy, have fun, and get those sillies out without breaking any lamps in your family room. But trampoline parks are so much more than just trampolines. They also offer loads of other fun activities like ninja warrior courses, foam pits, climbing walls, and more.
Here are eight fun trampoline parks near DC, where kids from toddlers to teens can bounce, jump, and play the day away. These trampoline parks have a combined total of over 20 locations in Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Note: To save time when you go to a trampoline park, make reservations and sign waivers ahead of time online. Most of the parks also require jump socks with grips on the bottom that can be purchased on site for a small fee.
Awesome Trampoline Parks Near DC for Indoor Fun
1. Sky Zone Trampoline Park — Various Locations in Maryland and Virginia
Sky Zone has nine locations in the DC area, with four more coming soon. Attractions (which vary by location) include wall-to-wall trampolines, ninja warrior courses, warped climbing walls, ultimate dodgeball, foam pits, giant slides, trampoline basketball courts, zip lines, and more. At the Springfield, Virginia location, kids ages 6 and under and their parents can participate in an instructor-led program, Little Leapers Learn & Play, on Wednesday and Sunday mornings from 9-11am.
2. Altitude Trampoline Park — Leesburg, VA
In addition to thousands of square feet of trampolines on its main court, Altitude has dedicated spaces for trampoline dodgeball and basketball trampoline dunk. There's also a foam pit to jump into and a tumble track for practicing cheer and gymnastics skills. Kids 6 and under can enjoy Junior Jumper Jam—two hours of unlimited access to trampolines and attractions designed with little ones in mind—for under $10 (plus a couple more dollars for a parent pass).

3. ZavaZone — Sterling, VA and Rockville, MD
ZavaZone has so much more to offer than just trampolines. Features at its two indoor adventure parks include high-ropes and ninja warrior courses, climbing and warped walls, inflatables, giant slides, parkour courses, stunt jump areas, trampoline dodgeball and basketball, and more (offerings vary at the two parks). 4. Flight Adventure Park — Springfield, VA
This intergalactic-themed adventure zone offers over 25,000 square feet of fun. Kids can bounce on wall-to-wall trampolines, play Lunar Dodgeball and AirSlam Basketball, challenge each other to a duel on the Battle Beam, jump into foam pits, and more. Little ones can enjoy the Junior Pilot Zone—no big kids allowed—or get the park all to themselves during Toddler Takeoff on Mondays through Fridays from 10-11am and Saturdays from 9-10am.

5. Get Air Trampoline Park — Alexandria, VA and Glen Burnie, MD
At Get Air you'll find thousands of square feet of trampolines including vertical trampolines, a dodgeball area, a slam-dunk air-basketball zone, and a foam pit. There's also a kiddie court, ninja activities, and a slackline to balance on. On Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-12pm, as well as Saturdays from 8-10am, the entire park is open only to toddlers under 46 inches.
6. Launch Family Entertainment — Herndon, VA and Capitol Heights, MD
Launch has an enormous amount of choices when it comes to flipping, jumping, and defying gravity. One of the most popular attractions is the ropes course and zip line. There are also trampoline courts, slam-dunk basketball, dodgeball, a giant foam pit, an arcade, a rock-climbing wall, laser tag, and a ninja course. The Virginia location offers many of the same attractions, plus mini go-karts and virtual reality. Both locations have an on-site restaurant offering pizza, snacks, and drinks.

7. Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park — Woodbridge, VA; Laurel, Glen Burnie, and Frederick, MD
Like the other trampoline parks on this list, Urban Air offers more than just trampolines. Its signature Adventure Hub activity combines a ropes course with a tube playground and a zip line-like experience that's safe for kids. At Urban Air you can also bounce off the walls—literally—with its wall-mounted trampolines. Depending on the location, there are also bumper cars, ropes courses, dodgeball, slam-dunk zones, a wipeout game, and a battle beam.
8. Healthy Fun One Adventure Park — Woodbridge, VA
This adventure park in the Potomac Mills shopping center offers all sorts of fun activities for kids (and grown-ups) of all ages. Test your agility on the high-ropes and ninja warrior courses, tackle the warped wall, bounce in the huge inflatable playground, play a round of trampoline dodgeball or volleyball, and so much more.
