Featured on the hit show Cake Boss, Carlo’s Bake Shop is located at the Florida Mall and features a digital cake builder on their website. The six-layer rainbow cake covered in rainbow sprinkles is a fan favorite! Guests can also order party trays with sweets such as cannoli, cookies, chocolate-covered strawberries, and more.

3. Charlie’s Bakery & Creamery – Orlando

Charlie’s Bakery is a family-owned bakery, serving the Orlando community for years. Their birthday cakes are popular for kids’ parties, featuring over 20 fun flavors including strawberry shortcake, Reese’s, and triple chocolate. The bakery also offers cheesecakes, cookies, pies, and ice cream.

4. Jillycakes – Orlando

Jillycakes creates whimsical and custom-designed birthday cakes that match any theme, from princesses to pirates. With a variety of delicious flavors, each birthday cake makes for a memorable centerpiece on any child's special day.

5. Publix – Multiple Locations

At your local Publix bakery, select from a variety of popular themes for your next birthday cake, including Peppa Pig, Bluey, Minecraft, and more. Options include sheet cakes, cupcake pull-apart cakes, two-tiered cake/cupcake, and cookie cakes. Be sure to place your order at least 24 hours in advance.

6. Sister Honey’s - Orlando

Sister Honey’s is a beloved Orlando bakery that has won numerous awards. With delicious options such as chocolate truffle cake, vanilla funfetti, and cookies and cream, you’re sure to find something to please all palettes. It is recommended to place orders three or more weeks in advance.

7. Sugar Divas Cakery – Orlando

Sugar Divas Cakery specializes in custom kids' birthday cakes that bring themes to life, from superheroes to fairytale castles. They even offer 2D and 3D cakes for a really big impression!

8. Walmart – Multiple Locations

Our family has had wonderful experiences ordering cakes from our local Walmart bakery. You can even get a personalized edible photo cake by bringing in a printed photo to add to select cakes. Popular themes include Encanto, Gabby's Dollhouse, Monster Jam, Nerf, and many others.

9. Donuts To Go – Sanford

Donuts are my family’s weakness and this Sanford donut shop is our favorite! With a little notice, the staff can make a large donut "cake" for your birthday child.

10. Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream – Multiple Locations

Skip the cake and have Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream cater your child’s birthday party instead! They offer options such as an ice cream truck, ice cream cart, and pre-made party packs.

11. The Naked Cupcake – Lake Nona

This Orlando bakery specializes in custom cupcakes that puts the decorating in guests’ hands! They provide all the frosting, fillings, and toppings, and can accommodate most themes.

12. Nothing Bundt Cakes – Multiple Locations

15. Walt Disney World Resort – Lake Buena Vista

Celebrating your child’s birthday at Disney? Order a Mickey Mouse celebration cake, complete with edible Mickey ears. Birthday cakes are available at participating Disney restaurants and must be ordered in advance, online or through My Disney Experience app.
