Whether you’re looking for a laid-back vibe or you prefer something more upscale, these 10 destinations for Mother's Day brunch on the Jersey Shore are family-friendly and have scrumptious brunch options. 

Check out one of these local favorites for a wonderful Mother's Day brunch on the Jersey Shore, where no cooking or clean-up is required. Then, relax, dip your toes in the sand, and have a very happy Mother’s Day.

1. McLoone's Pier House – Long Branch

This Jersey Shore favorite offers a family-style brunch on Sundays from 10am-4pm, with a special menu for Mother's Day for both adults and children. Start with a complimentary bloody mary or mimosa. Then, check out its many featured items, such as stuffed French toast, an omelet station, or the raw oyster bar. A platter of pastries and dessert squares adds a sweet ending. Reservations are recommended.

If you’re hoping for a truly luxurious experience for Mother’s Day brunch on the Jersey Shore, you can’t go wrong with brunch at Avenue. This top-rated restaurant boasts stunning décor, beautiful ocean views, and an exquisite French-influenced menu with brunch service from 9:30am-2pm. Start with hors d’oeuvres like beet carpaccio, then move on to a decadent main course, including ham and gruyere-stuffed three-egg omelet, lemon blueberry pancakes, and steak frites. Leave room for a scrumptious dessert—profiteroles and pot de crème are among the choices—and, if you’re feeling especially relaxed, indulge in one of its signature sips.

4. Blend on Main – Manasquan

This Main Street mainstay in Manasquan celebrates Mother's Day brunch with a terrific variety in its menus. Whether you are feeling sweet or savory, there is always something for everyone here. Brunch runs from 9:30am-1pm on the holiday.

5. LBI Table – Ship Bottom

LBI Table has a kids menu and some unique options on their menu like Pancake Tacos, King's Kakes, and a Bonfire Treat (which looks like s'mores for breakfast). Can't decide? No problem, they even have a flight of pancakes available. Open from 7:30am to 2:00pm. 

6. The Buttered Biscuit Café – Bradley Beach

The Buttered Biscuit is a Bradley Beach favorite. With its quaint atmosphere and delectable culinary choices, this Main Street eatery is a great choice for an informal Mother’s Day brunch. Options include breakfast sandwiches, a variety of mouthwatering French toast options, amazing meatloaf, corned beef hash, and many other breakfast and lunch options.

7. Cross and Orange – Asbury Park

This Asbury Park hotspot offers its al la carte Mother's Day brunch menu. If you’re one for artisanal avocado toast, breakfast tacos, or Benedicts, then you’ll be right at home here. If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, consider its poke wrap. And no proper Mother's Day brunch is complete without bottomless drinks; we especially like the mimosa made with grapefruit juice. Vegan and gluten-free options are available.

8. The Mad Batter Restaurant – Cape May

The charming Mad Batter Restaurant is located in the Carroll Villa Hotel on historic Jackson Street. This cheery year-round destination is the recipient of many awards, including “Best Brunch” and “Best Restaurant” in Cape May. Start your Mother's Day brunch with a mimosa or bloody mary, then choose from classic favorites like fluffy pancakes (chocolate-chip pancakes are new!) and three-egg omelets, or mix it up with a chorizo scramble. No reservations are accepted, but it opens at 8am for early risers.

With more than 10 locations scattered throughout New Jersey, this local chain is a homey, kid-friendly option for Mother’s Day brunch—or any day of the year. Its menu boasts yummy choices such as pancakes, omelets, sandwiches, and salads. A special kids' menu is available as well. Coffee-loving moms can appreciate the French press brews, while kids go crazy for "heavenly hot chocolate" in flavors like s'mores and peanut butter cup. No call-ahead or reservations are accepted.

10. Uncle Bill’s Pancake House – Multiple Locations

Uncle Bill’s is a Jersey Shore tradition—it's been cooking pancakes for more than 50 years! Celebrate Mother’s Day at several locations, all of which offer a regular menu of breakfast goodies all day long. Choose from classics like waffles, egg dishes, and more than 15 types of pancakes.
