The annual Hippo Playground Halloween Parade invites costumed kids to gather at the Soldiers and Sailors Monument at 89th Street and Riverside Drive and parade to Hippo Playground.

Upon arrival, Ramblin' Dan's Freewheeling Band serenades the crowd. Festivities end at 5:30.
