If you want to celebrate the boysenberry, Knott's is the berry best place.

This year celebrates the 10th anniversary of the festival with new shows, live music, and special 10th anniversary merch.

Knott’s Berry Farm is the birthplace of the boysenberry. Each spring, Knott’s Boysenberry Festival celebrates the flavorful berry and its historic roots with unique food and berry fine products. The food festival features a wide range of boysenberry inspired dishes, drinks, and more.

New menu items this year are both sweet and savory!  New savory selections include “The Stack” boysenberry BBQ pulled pork over boysenberry corn bread and coleslaw, French toast stuffed with boysenberry cream cheese, and Thai crunch peanut salad with boysenberry peanut dressing. Feeling sweet? So are the boysenberry cheesecake crisp pie, a vegan white chocolate and boysenberry tart, and boysenberry ice cream sandwich. 

Returning favorites include boysenberry elote, boysenberry honey garlic chicken wings, and boysenberry sausage on a hoagie, and boysenberry drinks such as a boysenberry sangria and  boysenberry and lavender lemonade.

A tasting card can be purchased for $55; guests can choose 6 tastings from a selection of boysenberry-inspired dishes and drinks. A variety of signature boysenberry items can also be purchased a la carte. 

The boysenberry fun continues throughout the park, with stage shows Knott's Preserved: A Musical Celebration and the comedy melodrama Riverboat Revenge. New this year: The Great Bank Robbery, with heroes to cheer on and villains to boo.

Old MacDonald's Barn, a tribute to one of the farm's original attractions, is back this year, with horses, goats, and other furry friends. Also returning are the yearly Boysenberry Festival Crafts Fair. with unique boysenberry-inspired artisan products,  and the “Tied Up in Knott's" art show featuring pieces by the Knott’s community of artists.

The boysenberry pie eating contest has a new twist this year: at the new Boysen Bear’s Pie Kitchen Games sneaky coyote pups, Moxie and Brawny are trying to steal all the pies! The audience must help defeat them so that the pie eating contest can go on.

Knott's Boysenberry Festival runs daily March 28 - April 27, 2025. ​The limited-time food festival is included with admission to Knott’s Berry Farm.
