Looking for the best things to do on Long Island this Presidents Day weekend? Here are some family-friendly events and activities to add to your list.

Stomp back to prehistoric times at the Nassau Coliseum as it hosts Jurassic Quest, an over-the-top dinosaur attraction. Or drop into the Garvies Point Museum for unique crafts, nature-inspired activities, and hikes.

Pop into the city and keep the Super Bowl LIX celebration going at the Paley Museum's latest exhibit, Gridiron Glory: Super Bowl Treasures, where you can explore unforgettable Super Bowl moments with iconic artifacts like championship rings and Super Bowl trophies.

However, if you're working during the school break, consider sending the kiddos to the Long Island Aquarium for a day or two, or the entire week, for the aquarium's Fun-Cation Winter Break Camp
