Spring festivals, fairs, and celebrations in Westchester and the Hudson Valley offer some of the best ways to get outside and celebrate the season. Our picks of spring festivals include celebrations of the natural beauty of spring and festivals honoring the area's rich cultural bounty.

New for 2025: The world's largest Lego Festival comes to Legoland New York, featuring five immersive zones, new costume characters, new Lego models, and more.

Meanwhile, families can celebrate Earth Day at multiple spring festivals, including the Earth Day Celebration at Hudson Highlands Nature Center. Or, marvel at the beauty of nature at the annual Mohonk Mountain House Tulip Festival in New Paltz and the Sakura Matsuri Cherry Blossom Festival in Hastings-on-Hudson, which features beautiful cherry blossoms along with Japanese cultural activities.

As always, if an event piques your interest, click through to our listing for all the details, including addresses, times, and recommended ages. And keep in mind: Really cool things to do with kids often book up quickly, so register or buy your tickets ASAP.
