March 8

Block Party: Get ready to turn our neighborhood into the ultimate playground of colorful fun and excitement! Join us for a block party extravaganza featuring heart-pounding beats from a live DJ, gravity-defying stunts on inflatables, epic mini golf showdowns, non-stop gaming action in the game truck, and the coolest refreshment with shaved ice. It's not just a party; it's a whirlwind of thrills that will make our block the envy of the town!

March 9

Dancing Through Life!: Join us for a wicked day full of brain-blasting creative activities including a meet and greet with Glinda and Elphaba plus a magical sing-along!

March 10

Super MAR10 Day: March 10 is not just a date; it's the power-packed celebration of Super Mario Day! Dive into the Mushroom Kingdom with crown and mustache making activities, speed through the action-packed tracks of life, engage in epic Turtle Talks, and join the Princess Peach song celebration. It's a day of pure Nintendo magic, where every moment is a warp pipe to excitement and every activity is a power-up for unforgettable memories!

Animal Encounters: Spring break just got wild! Enjoy animal-themed activities like crafting, creating stuffed animals, and learning fun animal facts and a special meet and greet! It’s a day of furry fun for everyone!

Knight at the Museum: Gear up and join us with princess meet-and-greets, epic sword battles, interactive puppet shows, and creative crafts for all ages!

POP!: Join us for a thrilling day of pop-culture fun with a meet and greet from Bluey, crafts, bubbles and so much more!

March 14

20th Annual Pi Day: March 14 isn't just any ordinary day—it's π (Pi) Day and also marks the birthday of the legendary Albert Einstein! Nearly two decades ago, the Children’s Museum Houston sparked the original international sensation surrounding π (Pi) Day, and the excitement hasn't stopped since! Join us as we celebrate the infinite, non-repeating number 3.14... by shutting down our street for an epic showdown in a wild, Pi(e)-induced frenzy during our 20th Annual Shaving Cream Pi(e)Fight. The chaos kicks off at 1:59 p.m. (because the numbers follow 3.14159), plunging you headfirst into the heart of the π (Pi)Day celebration. Get ready for a day packed with all things π (Pi), guaranteed to be filled with laughter, learning, and endless fun!

March 15

Festival of Colors: India knows how to celebrate! Come and experience the culturally rich, Indian celebration of spring, Holi! You'll be charmed by these fun hands-on activities where you can create colorful, traditional Indian arts and crafts as well as watch a traditional Indian dance.

March 16

Under the Big Top: Mixing comedy and suspense with athleticism! You won’t believe your eyes as Cirque La Vie performs their daring, beautiful and dynamic awe-inspiring stunts. Plus, circus performance artist, and prop balancer and manipulator, Mr. Cirque is at the Museum to show off his jaw-dropping juggling skills!

March 17

St. Patrick's Day: You're in luck! Join us as we celebrate St. Patrick's Day in a creative and sparkly way as we dive into some lucky green activities!

Confetti Blast Party!: Celebrate the excitement of Spring Break Blast with a daily confetti dance party in Kids' Hall Alcove!

Every day at 1 pm
Thursdays at 1 and 6 pm

Human Hamster Balls: Roll your way to the finish line inside a giant inflatable hamster ball in Playscape!

For ages 5-15; parents must sign waiver. 

March 8-16 from 9 am to 5 pm

Line Entertainment – Juggler: While you wait to enter the museum, be amazed by Mr. Cirque's incredible juggling acts, showcasing jaw-dropping feats that will get you excited for all the fun waiting inside!

Giant Video Game: Experience gaming like never before as you and a partner team up to control a giant video game controller in a larger-than-life Mario adventure!
