Enjoy free admission to all of Houston Audubon's High Island sanctuaries - Boy Scout Woods, Smith Oaks, Eubanks Woods, and Gast Woods. Bring the family out for a beautiful day with the birds.

These sanctuaries are a haven for birds and visitors - which welcome almost 400 species of birds and thousands of visitors from all 50 states and 20+ countries! On free admission day, staff and volunteers can answer all your birdy questions. There will also have birding classes in the Morse Field Station, Flock Talks at the Rookery, and volunteers stationed throughout the McGovern Canopy Walkway to help you find birds!

11 AM Flock Talk at the Rookery at Smith Oaks
2 PM Bird Walk & Talk at Smith Oaks
