1. Connecticut Air and Space Center - Stratford

Full of cool air and space memorabilia, the CT Air and Space Center in Stratford is always free for kids 5 and under.

2. Yale University Art Gallery - New Haven

New Haven's Yale University Art Museum has striking works of art and cool indoor spaces.

3. Housatonic Museum - Bridgeport

This art museum at Housatonic Community College offers free admission to the general public.

4. New Britain Museum of American Art - New Britain

5. The Yale Peabody Museum - New Haven

Renovated and reopened in 2024, the Yale Peabody Museum in New Haven offers free admission to all guests. That means free dino-sized fun for Connecticut families.

6. Eli Whitney Museum - Hamden

12. The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum - Ridgefield
