Boston Local Food Festival
The Boston Local Food Festival, overlooking historic Boston Harbor, is an outdoor, beginning-of-autumn celebration of the many virtues of locally grown and produced food.
This event features freshly harvested produce and seafood from farmers and fishermen, demonstrations and competitions by chefs and other food experts, local music of many cultural tastes, exhibitions and activities, interactive workshops featuring local food leaders, and food-inspired arts and crafts.
The Festival spans just over 5 blocks of the Rose Kennedy Greenway, starting at State Street and Atlantic Ave, and continuing down the Greenway just past High Street and Atlantic Ave. It is just a short walk from Downtown Boston, and is conveniently located near South Station, Faneuil Hall, and The Aquarium.
