Zoo Atlanta hosts Boo at the Zoo for two weekends in October. Kids come dressed in costumes for a not-so-scary Halloween festival during the day. Families enjoy games, dancing and get to trick-or-treat all while seeing animals.
A few tips before you go:
Children may get one piece of candy per station (about 12 in all).
Parents can wear costumes but keep them kid-friendly.
The second weekend is busier than the first.
