This outdoor holiday market in Downtown White Plains features more than 40 vendors, outdoor firepits, and cozy igloos to relax in. Entertainment includes ice sculpting demonstrations, daily children's crafts, and visits from Santa and other characters, including Pip the Penguin, The Gingerbread Man, and The Grinch.

The White Plains Holiday Market is located on Court Street between Main Street and Martine Avenue and be open from 11am to 6pm Monday – Wednesday, and 11am – 7pm Thursday – Sunday. 

Seasonal activations this year include:

• Candy Cane Lane: A festive 9-hole mini golf course for all ages, spread throughout a field of tall candy canes.
• Jolly Jump Park: A playful seesaw park, with two holiday light-strewn see-saws for the delight and use of children (and adults are children at heart!)
• Santa’s Sleigh: A magical photo op allowing the perfect selfie spot in Santa’s sleigh for holiday memories, as well as a mailbox for letters to Santa, made possible by District Galleria. Don’t miss visits with Santa throughout the event!
• Santa Paws: A special photo op for furry friends to visit and get a holiday snapshot.
• Gingerbread Village: A life-sized gingerbread village offering three gingerbread homes available for young children to enter and a large gingerbread statue for memory making, one of the Winter Village’s sweetest holiday scenes. 
• Seasonal Ice Sculptures: Two ice sculptures that will reveal gift cards from local downtown business when they melt
• Frosty's Fire Pits: Two firepits for public use, perfect for catching up with neighbors and impromptu acoustic fireside music
• New Year’s Wishing Wall: Back by popular demand, the public is invited to pin their hopes and dreams for the upcoming calendar year upon the shared Wishing Wall. At the end of the Winter Village, all contributions are repurposed into confetti and released at the New Year’s Ball Drop in White Plains.  
• Chill-ville: Seven warming igloos decked with seating for six and a basket of board games for public use perfect for memory making. Igloo dwellers can order in dishes from local downtown restaurants or rent s’mores stations and supplies for a unique holiday experience.
