Help farmers collect sap in the woods of Howell Living History Farm. Plus, make syrup in the sap house, and taste whole-wheat pancakes after a walk through the farmhouse kitchen.

Visitors can learn how to bring the operation into their own backyards, with tree tapping demonstrations throughout the day

Dress for muddy, icy, and windy conditions in the sugar bush.
