My daughter has been going to M&E for two years (full-time plus extended day), and I continue to be amazed at how much she is learning. From Spanish to science to math to music theory, she has received a very well-rounded education and has turned out to be quite the savvy and precocious little kiddo. As a full-time working mom, I was initially hesitant about sending my then-3-year-old off to school for 50 hours a week, but the teachers and aides at M&E were welcoming and engaging, and my daughter adapted immediately. I receive daily reports on what she's learned, and there's even a private FB site that's updated throughout the week with candid pics from the classroom. The facility is new & clean and bright & cheery. The kids sing songs, play instruments, play outside, learn their letters/numbers/colors (in English and Spanish), do science experiments, make arts & crafts, practice character development, sing & dance on stage in twice-yearly recitals -- I don't think my daughter could have gotten a better pre-K experience anywhere else. I have no doubt that she's fully prepared for Kindergarten in September (and I'm sad to have to say goodbye to this special place.)
