Join The Frank and the Broward County Library for a free, fun-filled literacy experience. Walk together outdoors and embark on a self-guided journey through each page of the vibrant children’s book Piper Chen Sings, written by Phillipa Soo and Maris Pasquale Doran and illustrated by Qin Leng.

Throughout the morning hear the story of Piper Chen, a little girl who loves to sing but has to learn to overcome her stage fright to perform a solo at her school concert. Listen to the story in both English and Spanish as well as unique story performances from the talented Broward County Librarians.

Help your child register for their first library card, enjoy games on the plaza, and get creative with an art activity inside The Frank's lobby.

The first 100 families to register will receive a FREE copy of Piper Chen Sings. One book per household please.

Only one registration needed for each household.

Children must be supervised. All ages.
